Providence is seeking a dedicated RN Fellow to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit. As a RN Fellow, you will embark on a guided transition into your new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification within 6 months of hire
- 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
