Qualifications for the Packer Role
  1. High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience in a similar role.
  2. Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within manufacturing.
  3. Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and maneuver a 500 lbs. drum dolly.
  4. Willingness to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate both semi-automatic and fully automatic packaging machinery, ensuring products are properly packaged for storage or shipment.
  2. Monitor machinery to guarantee that filled or packaged products meet quality standards and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  3. Address machine malfunctions by stopping or resetting equipment, clearing jams, and reporting issues to the Packaging Lead or Supervisor.
  4. Accurately complete necessary documentation in accordance with SOPs.
  5. Meet production quotas and performance goals.
  6. Conduct quality control checks by following SOPs and inspecting products or processes for quality assurance.
  7. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
