Sales Training Expert for Residential and SMB Product Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Training Expert to join our team at Ziply Fiber. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing training strategies that drive sales growth and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Training Strategies: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for our sales team, focusing on residential and SMB product knowledge, sales techniques, and performance improvement.
- Sales Training Facilitation: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, using a blended learning approach that includes face-to-face and virtual classroom-based learning.
- Curriculum Development: Create effective training content, condensing complex information into easy-to-understand frameworks that meet the needs of our sales team.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts: Collaborate with internal experts to ensure our sales training program is aligned with business objectives and meets the needs of our customers.
- Performance Monitoring and Coaching: Regularly assess sales team performance, providing coaching and mentoring to help them achieve their goals.
We are looking for a seasoned sales trainer with a proven track record of driving sales growth and productivity. If you have a passion for developing others and a knack for creating engaging training experiences, we want to hear from you.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales training and development, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to facilitate training for diverse groups, and excellent customer service skills.
