Overview
This role offers the opportunity to manage construction projects from start to finish, overseeing multiple homes at various stages of development. As a seasoned construction manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, quality control, and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement construction schedules to meet deadlines
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth material delivery
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Conduct daily quality control inspections to guarantee work meets high standards
  • Deliver homes within established timelines, prioritizing customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a residential construction superintendent
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with diverse team members
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
