We utilize the Competent Learner Model (CLM), precision teaching, and direct instruction to develop and implement effective behavioral programming. Our commitment to non-coercive methods and positive reinforcement is reflected in our motto: Play, Learn & Achieve.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavioral assessments.
- Design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans that encompass staff actions, IEPs, reports, and crisis intervention strategies.
- Collaborate as a member of the IEP team to address behavioral challenges.
- Prepare detailed reports that align with funding source requirements.
- Supervise staff to ensure alignment with established goals and objectives.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation of data tracking sheets using our management information system.
- Provide supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Analysts in Training.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing.
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred.
- Participation in ongoing professional development related to behavior management and data collection techniques.
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental or emotional challenges is preferred.
