Key Responsibilities:
- Establish clear procurement goals focusing on cost efficiency, quality enhancement, technological advancements, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Acquire materials, services, and supplies that meet the requisitioning departments' standards for quality and quantity.
- Implement effective procurement strategies, including blanket orders and supplier agreements, to optimize inventory management.
- Analyze Requests for Quotations and ensure accuracy in specifications and order quantities.
- Evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and service capabilities to secure the best sourcing options.
- Maintain a balanced inventory to support operational needs while minimizing carrying costs.
- Manage Blanket Order Contracts and oversee supplier performance to ensure compliance with delivery and quality standards.
- Address supplier-related issues proactively, working towards solutions that minimize disruptions.
- Conduct sourcing for parts production and collaborate with internal teams for manufacturing needs.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace in accordance with company standards.
- Engage in additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Type: Full-Time, Salary/Exempt
