The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology nursing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to provide efficient, timely, and knowledgeable care while ensuring patient satisfaction in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of nursing responsibilities during each shift
  • Assign patient assignments and medication orders
  • Train new hires and manage a safe environment for staff and patients
  • Provide efficient, timely, and knowledgeable care while ensuring patient satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Current NYS RN license required
  • 2 years minimum experience as an RN in an oncology setting
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred (current enrollment in BSN program required)
  • Full-time position
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • High level of familiarity with NYCBS policies and procedures
  • Must demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail
