As a Busser at Seminole Gaming, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing dining rooms for use, cleaning and setting tables, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is able to work effectively in a team environment. If you are a customer service enthusiast with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dining rooms for use, including setting tables and ensuring a clean and organized workspace
  • Clean and maintain dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors
  • Stock and replenish supplies as needed
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of experience in high-volume food service or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Native American Preference Policy:

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. Seminole Gaming's employment process requires candidates to obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to beginning employment. These background checks may include, but are not limited to:
