Position Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic Student Services Advisor who is enthusiastic about guiding individuals towards achieving their career aspirations through education. Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and executing student success initiatives and retention strategies.
  • Collaborating with faculty and staff to coordinate retention efforts.
  • Managing re-entry campaigns for students who have paused their studies.
  • Providing coaching and support through regular advising sessions.
  • Tracking and reporting on student experiences and outcomes.
  • Conducting welcome calls and facilitating Tech Lab sessions for new students.
  • Engaging with current and former students to maintain active participation.
  • Organizing student engagement events such as orientations and graduation ceremonies.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
  • Fostering effective communication and collaboration with all departments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Experience with Campus Nexxus software is a plus.
  • This position requires in-person attendance.
