We're seeking an experienced Engineering Innovation Specialist to join our Facility Engineering and Design Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving project design, performing advanced cost estimations and detailed design calculations, and guiding projects to successful completion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions to complex problems.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success, and maintain clear communication with project managers to navigate challenges and progress.

• Manage project and client data within our project management system, playing a key role in client meetings and project planning phases.

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring top-tier quality and world-class installations.

**Salary:** $120,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

• A minimum of eight years of engineering experience, including at least five years of leadership experience.

• Must be a registered professional engineer (PE).

• Strong communication skills and ability to contribute and work well with a team.
