    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Department Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Prepared Foods department, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving.
    • Ensure that all departmental procedures and policies are followed.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • At least 18 months of retail experience, with 6 months of supervisory experience.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
    • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Requirements
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly around the store.
