A Cook is responsible for preparing food items in alignment with recipes and established standards, contributing to the hotel's ongoing efforts to provide exceptional service and financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Cook, you will be tasked with preparing food items according to designated recipes and quality standards, ensuring the hotel's commitment to outstanding service and profitability.
1. Preparing food items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
2. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food sanitation standards at all times.
3. Managing guest orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
4. Ensuring comprehensive knowledge of the menu and all food products.
5. Stocking and maintaining designated food station(s).
6. Conducting visual inspections of all food prepared in the kitchen.
7. Practicing correct food handling and storage procedures in compliance with regulations.
8. Preparing requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
Qualifications:
