Role Overview:
As a key member of our Data Center Solutions/Silent-Aire division, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless movement of inbound and outbound materials and resources within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources by monitoring their flow.
- Coordinate interplant transfers of components and materials through internal logistics teams.
- Prepare shipping documentation for various stakeholders, including drivers and customs authorities.
- Resolve any logistical challenges to maintain project timelines.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish delivery schedules for products and resources.
- Verify that operations are proceeding as planned by facilitating communication between Production, Shipping, and Logistics departments.
- Work with external couriers to guarantee prompt and precise delivery of products to clients; manage delivery timings and packing schedules.
- Oversee the movement of manufactured goods between production facilities and storage sites.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure that external couriers adhere to company policies during product deliveries.
- Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience.
- Training in project management, scheduling, leadership, and time management is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of the transportation and logistics sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to devise effective solutions.
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills to manage and coordinate materials.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A collaborative team player who is enthusiastic about achieving exceptional business outcomes through innovative project execution.
