Job Title: Full-time Physiatrist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-time Physiatrist to join our team in Bay Village, Ohio.

About the Role:

As a Full-time Physiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to adults and geriatric clients in their homes throughout Northeast Ohio.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess patient mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote patient independence and well-being.
  • Continuously assess and revise patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement multidisciplinary care plans.
  • Provide education and instruction to patients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities.
  • Accurately document patient observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Requirements:
  • A current Ohio Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
