Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Security Officer to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of awareness and attentiveness, and ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stand Post and Provide Customer Service: Stand post at a designer brand boutique store, face to the client, and represent as a Brand Ambassador. Welcome all guests/customers as they enter and exit the store, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a strong sense of attentiveness.
  • Monitor and Maintain Store Security: Monitor all item presentations as they are conducted, complete accurate product counts regularly, and follow security protocols and take directives from management and boutique staff.
  • Complete Activity Reports: Complete activity reports daily using company template, log all deliveries and vendor visits as they happen, and maintain professionalism with store associates.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Stable Work History: Stable work history in the past 6 years, supplemental jobs acceptable.
  • Active California Guard Card: Active California Guard Card required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position.
  • Background Check and Drug Screen: Must undergo a background check and drug screen.
