Legal Administrative Assistant

As a Legal Administrative Assistant with Palmer Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the legal industry. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a document coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome clients and handle phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Initiate and close legal files while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Conduct marketing activities, perform basic accounting tasks, and maintain file organization systems.
- Draft and send reminder letters to clients regarding deadlines and appointments.
- Open new cases and manage client information in our electronic management system.
- Scan, copy, and store documents securely in our electronic management system.
- Manage email notifications and track deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule and maintain client appointments while ensuring seamless communication.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of legal support experience or administrative experience with progress toward paralegal certification.
- Strong customer service abilities and high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to assess urgency and prioritize tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
