Our Job Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled LPN/RN to join our care team. As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including health and psychosocial evaluations, monitoring of conditions, and coordination of services.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal resident outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters open communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience as an LPN/RN, with a focus on gerontology or long-term care.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
