Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve the guest experience
  • Collaborate with store teams to maintain visual standards and ensure consistency across all store locations
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and visual merchandising techniques to ensure our stores remain competitive and inspiring
  • Lead and influence store teams to follow processes that support visual merchandising
  • Communicate effectively with store teams and leaders to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising plans
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly motivated and creative individual who is passionate about visual merchandising and has a keen eye for detail. You'll have a strong understanding of retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and guest shopping patterns. You'll also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate store teams.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 to 2 years of visual merchandising experience
  • Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales
  • Strong understanding of trend and style that is reflective of our brand
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude
  • Effective communication skills
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
