Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wellness Nurse/LPN to support our Director of Wellness in providing exceptional resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate resident care needs and communicate effectively with physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
- Update medical charts accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage medication administration, including audits and ordering medications from the pharmacy.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medications.
- Monitor residents' health status and take proactive steps to address concerns within the scope of practice.
- Notify the Executive Director, Director of Wellness, physician, family, and pharmacist of significant changes to residents' condition and reactions to medication, treatments, and incidents.
- Maintain health equipment for safe and proper function.
Requirements:
- RN or LVN/LPN with an unencumbered license to practice in the state of application.
- First Aid/CPR Certification.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
