We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Midwest Logistics Systems. As a Dedicated Shuttle Truck Driver, you will enjoy a predictable daily home time work schedule, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive the same out-and-back dedicated route, working with the same customers every day.
- Haul automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer day cabs.
- Haul no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.
- Work closely with onsite leaders and dispatch to ensure efficient route management.
Compensation and Incentives
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Route and detention pay.
- Safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter.
- Longevity bonus of up to $750 per quarter.
- Weekly paychecks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
- Reside within 50 miles of our operating area.
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
