We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Denny's. As a Server, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring their dining experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:- Food and Beverage Service: Take food orders, manage drink refills, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Guest Experience: Provide exceptional service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued throughout their meal.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
- Reliable Transportation: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Background Check: Pass a thorough background check, including a review of employment history and any past convictions.
- Age and Authorization: Be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous Experience: Possess prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a server or host/hostess role.
