LanceSoft, a leading healthcare staffing firm, is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Indiana.
About the Job:
- Specialize in occupational therapy for patients with various medical conditions, including cardiac procedures, stroke, TBI, joint replacement, and respiratory illnesses.
- Evaluate, develop, and follow personalized plans of care (POCs) that may include ADL training, therapeutic exercises, and activities to improve function.
- Assess appropriateness of discharge disposition recommendations on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an OT in acute hospital settings.
- BLS certification, IN state license, and NBCOT certification are mandatory.
- Cerner experience is preferred.
