Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

At All Medical Personnel, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients with cardiopulmonary compromise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to assess and treat patients with cardiopulmonary compromise
  • Provide education and support to patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 6 months of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • Active state license to practice as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
