Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to CSI's image standards
  • Support and follow established safety, security, and quality guidelines
  • Preserve the safety of self, fellow employees, and customers by utilizing the CSI Loss Prevention process
  • Ensure food safety hygiene in accordance with county regulations
  • Follow federal law and company standards on carding customers for age-restricted products
  • Work professionally with vendors and contractors
  • Regular and punctual attendance is expected
Requirements
  • Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgment
  • Ability to work both independently and in team settings
  • Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law
