- Provide treatment to patients as appropriate, utilizing evidence-based modalities and skilled interventions.
- Coordinate patient care with other clinical team members to ensure optimal patient care and communication.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and care to promote active participation in continuing activities at home.
- Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, maintaining and enhancing personal knowledge and promoting professional standards in Physical Therapy.
- Physical Therapist licensed in the state of Florida.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers (BLS) through the American Heart Association.
