Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Public Storage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their storage needs are met, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their storage needs.
  • Storage Unit Management: Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability, and make recommendations to customers on storage solutions.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash drawers, make bank deposits, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is required.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for travel between work locations and conducting work-related business.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, walk in/outdoors, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
