The BD Holt Company is a leading manufacturer of high-quality products. As a Manufacturing Fabrication Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our manufacturing processes. This includes developing and implementing welding guidelines and procedures for subassemblies and full products, working with engineering to develop new fabrication weldment procedures, and participating in Rapid Improvement Workshops (RIWs) and Kaizen events to continuously improve processes, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all weldments comply with specific welding codes, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Perform complex carbon arc gouging, oxy/acetylene torch cutting, and welding of multiple different welding processes.
  • Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring Finish Welder I and Weld Fabricators.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in welding and fabrication required.
  • Multiple Welding Certifications in FCAW, GMAW, and SMAW welding processes required.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
