Become a key member of our team at HOLT Manufacturing as a CNC Brake Operator. In this role, you will operate high-tech brake machines to shape metal components.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Programming the brake for bend and forming operations based on drawings and blueprints
  • Checking dimensions using precision-measuring instruments to ensure tight tolerances
  • Compensating for bend allowances for different sheet metal thicknesses
  • Performing routine maintenance on the machine
  • Learning and performing setup on plasma and oxy CNC cut machines

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience with computer-operated machinery and manufacturing
  • Working knowledge of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) operated press brakes

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
