**Job Title:** Clinical Systems Administrator II Specialist

At Hunterdon Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Systems Administrator II Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare information systems team, you will be responsible for managing, planning, implementing, enhancing, and supporting assigned clinical information systems throughout the health system.

**About the Role:**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, plan, implement, enhance, and support assigned clinical information systems, including software and server updates, patches, and enhancements in coordination with IT staff and vendors as necessary.
  • Provide level 2 and level 3 support of assigned clinical systems to ensure clinical and operational needs throughout the organization.
  • Participate as a project leader in project planning and development, focusing on initiatives supporting departments throughout the health system. Develop outcomes-oriented work plans, manage project activities and deliverables, and provide technical assistance and consultation to departments regarding project activities.
  • Develop online help documentation, user manuals, and guides, system documentation for the Information Services Department and clinical and business units, and training as needed.
  • Share off-hour on-call responsibility to maintain assigned clinical systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6-8 years of experience in healthcare information systems and technology, with a minimum of 3 years within a hospital setting.
  • Intermediate knowledge of clinical healthcare information system applications, servers, personal computers, and networks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
