As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will work closely with various business units to establish a culture of compliance, provide guidance, training, and oversee the implementation of controls for new regulations or initiatives.

As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ongoing duties related to compliance activities such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), International Business Parties (IBPs), and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine processes and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all forms and documents are current and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Work with business units on International Business Party engagements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review hotline data for training opportunities and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct benchmarking research on best practices and update the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics as necessary.
  • Perform complex analysis and develop recommendations for compliance improvements.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in compliance or a related field.
