About the Position

RPA Developer Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs, translating them into effective technical solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in automation, focusing on UiPath platform developments and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in business process analysis, design, and requirements definition.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment, specifically revenue cycle, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and tools, including UiPath.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
