Career Opportunity: CU Medicine seeks an experienced RPA Developer to enhance our revenue cycle operations through innovative automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in RPA concepts and methodologies, with a strong background in business process analysis and requirements definition. Familiarity with UiPath or similar automation platforms is essential, along with proficiency in SQL report development and/or other programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, etc.

We are looking for someone who can design, develop, and implement high-performing automations, collaborate with internal teams, and work independently on projects. Prior experience in a healthcare environment, specifically revenue cycle, is strongly preferred. Experience with AthenaIDX is a plus.

A bachelor's degree is required, and 2+ years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, along with a generous leave package, health plans, and retirement contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to support revenue cycle operations
  • Limited downtime of automations through strategic monitoring and maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to capture business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions
  • Maintain professional knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes, specifically as it pertains to the UiPath platform and other advancements in automation
  • Monitor project plan and priority status for all projects to ensure timelines and milestones are met
  • Work independently on RPA projects in a timely and effective manner
  • Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned
