Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain facilities, including offices, restrooms, break-rooms, and building exteriors, to meet company standards.
  • Remove all refuse and recyclables from facilities daily, ensuring trash cans are empty and clean.
  • Ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies, including toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
  • Relocate, move, and adjust office furniture as necessary to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain pest control systems to prevent infestations and ensure a clean and healthy environment.
  • Remove ice and snow from pedestrian walkways and parking lots during inclement weather.
  • Maintain company grounds, including landscaping and litter removal, to ensure a clean and attractive appearance.
  • Prepare and submit reports on labor and equipment usage, as well as maintain a log of equipment repairs and maintenance.
  • Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as instructed by the Operations Manager.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality in work.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members.
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
