Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Body Fit Plus Inc is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team at a correctional facility in Delano, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified MFT Therapist to provide clinical treatment interventions, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans for patients. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a correctional setting and be able to work effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and provide clinical treatment interventions, including brief counseling, group therapy, and individual counseling.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to provide comprehensive care and treatment.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Attend case conferences, trainings, and meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Valid MFT license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Science.
  • Twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years rendering direct patient care in a public or private institution.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association.
  • Valid Photo ID and Driver's License or Passport.
