ISUDT Marriage and Family Therapist Specialist

AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) to join our team in Delano, California. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide essential services to patients in a correctional facility setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical interventions, including counseling and therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Assist patients in transitioning to community resources upon release, ensuring a smooth reintegration process.
- Deliver intervention, education, and counseling services to address Substance Use Disorder-related issues.
- Administer Cognitive Behavior Therapy to individuals with Substance Use Disorders, promoting positive behavioral change.
- Conduct assessments for patients preparing for release, ensuring they receive necessary support and resources.
- Offer education and counseling to develop life skills and address Substance Use Disorder-related issues.
- Contribute to treatment and care plans, fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Review patient records, gather data, and complete necessary documentation to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Make recommendations to care teams, promoting patient-centered care and collaboration.
- Valid and active California Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Science.
- At least 12 consecutive months of performing similar services within the last 3 years.
- Must have the required certificates relevant to the assigned specialized area.
