Job Title: Clinician, Supervised Release Program

At the Center for Justice Innovation, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinician to join our Supervised Release Program team. As a Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing therapeutically-informed support to participants in our program.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate CBT-informed sessions for all Tier 2 participants
  • Provide counseling lite, a limited counseling structure of 5-10 sessions and subsequent referrals to external therapy providers, as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry and case documentation aligned with the program model, court reporting obligations, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the case management and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely court reporting
  • Co-facilitate pro-social and psycho-educational groups for participants in collaboration with SRP Clinicians
  • Maintain professional and positive relationships with court staff, judges, and attorneys
  • Participate in individual, group supervision, and regular staff trainings to develop program expertise and related skill sets
Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in a mental health field and 2 years direct practice experience required; license preferred
  • Experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal system strongly preferred
  • Experience in SRP preferred but not required
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to work effectively independently and as part of a highly interdependent, multi-disciplinary team within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a variety of program stakeholders

  • A competitive salary range of $58,500 - $73,500

  • A 403(b) retirement plan with a two-to-one employer contribution up to 5%
