Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.
  • Provide an outstanding experience for members and guests through a friendly and accommodating demeanor.
  • Attract new clients by promoting membership referrals.
  • Assist in maintaining professionalism and cleanliness in therapy rooms and communal areas.
Job Requirements:
  • Compliance with state licensing laws and regulations.
  • Liability insurance - we provide ABMP coverage through our company
  • Effective communication skills with clients, management, and staff.
  • Knowledge of Swedish Massage is required.
  • Familiarity with additional modalities (such as Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue) is preferred but not mandatory. Hand & Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members, with commissions available for specialty services.
  • Understanding and belief in the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
