About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a DispatchHealth Medical Technician (DHMT) to deliver comprehensive care to patients in their homes.
  • Perform thorough health assessments, diagnose, and treat complex illnesses, and provide therapeutic interventions as needed.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills and evidence-based standards of practice to ensure accurate and effective care.
  • Accurately document patient encounters and ensure continuity of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Identify and proactively solve problems to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics.
  • Provide care with compassion, empathy, and cultural competency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital, Family Practice, Cardiac, Pulmonary, or other relevant areas.
  • Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Nationally board certified, current.
  • Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred.
  • Prescriptive authority and DEA.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
