Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality instruction in English courses, incorporating industry-focused curriculum and innovative teaching methodologies.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to meet student learning outcomes.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students, fostering a student-centric learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, assessments, and evaluations.
  • Participate in faculty development and training to enhance teaching skills and stay current with industry trends.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in English or a related field from a regionally accredited educational institution.
  • Applied or practical work experience in English or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of teaching or presentation experience.
  • Strong academic and professional record, with a focus on results-oriented performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and administrators.
