### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rewinder Operator to join our team at Multi-Color Corporation MCC. As a global leader in premium labels, we help brands stand out in competitive markets and inspire positive consumer experiences.

### Key Responsibilities

* Operate a Rewinder machine to run rolls of material and put them in the desired unwind position
* Continuously check for print and seam quality
* Remove defective material and splice the roll web back together
* Handle rolls and palletize them accordingly to prevent damage
* Understand basic printing and seam-related defects
* Record and enter data on designated paperwork and in the company operation system Globetek

### Qualifications

* Ability to perform basic math operations and use simple Windows-based applications
* Physical demands require standing, using hands to feel and touch, and frequent walking
* Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds
