Acrylic Bath/Shower Installation Specialist

American Standard Home Services, a leading direct-to-consumer bath remodeler, is seeking a skilled Walk-in Tub & Shower Installer to join their team. As a key member of the installation team, you will be responsible for the complete installation of shower systems in customers' homes, focusing on electrical, plumbing, and finish work.

• Perform full installations of Senior Walk-in Tubs or Acrylic and Solid Surface showers
• Inspect and transport materials to the customer's home
• Introduce and explain the services being performed to customers
• Demolish bathrooms and complete installations of shower systems, including wall systems, shower floors, or walk-in tubs
• Install accessories such as grab bars, soap dishes, and seats
• Provide exceptional customer service, document work performed, collect final payments, and submit invoices

• Reliable bi-weekly payments for installation, including adders and overruns
• No challenges or costs associated with lead generation, marketing, sales, or collections
