Job Title: Sales Associate III

The Sales Associate III role is a critical component of our store's success, requiring a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to create a positive customer experience.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through personalized service and product knowledge.
  • Drive sales results by creating short- and long-term strategies to achieve personal metrics and performance goals.
  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating a strong understanding of the brand's values and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends and support the execution of local sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales and operations tasks.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with high retail traffic and sales days.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers.
