Position Title: Clubhouse Employment Specialist 3 - Full Time
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Compensation: $21.38 per hour
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
Role Summary:The Employment Specialist will cultivate and maintain employment connections between clients and local employers, facilitating access to a variety of job training and educational resources. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing vocational guidance and support.
- Developing job opportunities and placements.
- Educating employers about our clients' capabilities.
- Managing customer relations effectively.
- High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with accounting software, including Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as database management and email communication.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
