Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits and evaluations of construction and contractor activity to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure effective and efficient audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address audit findings and recommendations.
  • Provide training and guidance to audit team members on audit procedures and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in audit and evaluation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit and evaluation, with a focus on construction and contractor activity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and other company systems.
  • Knowledge of construction, supply chain, and operating organizations.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel to construction sites and company offices. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
