Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and participate in patient care activities within the scope of LVN licensure.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, ensuring compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) related to patient assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while ensuring adherence to care plans.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in delivering appropriate clinical care to uphold patient well-being.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
- Valid LVN/LPN License.
