Key Responsibilities:
  • As a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will engage in and supervise patient care in accordance with your licensure.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and changes, adhering to Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation related to patient assessments, evaluations, and changes in condition, in line with nursing standards.
  • Ensure the execution of care plans as instructed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Assist in delegating tasks and oversee the delivery of clinical care by the CNA staff to guarantee optimal patient well-being.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited Nursing Program
  • Current LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
