Join Our Team as a Private Duty Nurse LPN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to provide high-quality care to our senior adult patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse LPN, you will be responsible for implementing the physician's prescribed plan of care, conducting patient assessments, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our system of record
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
  • Follow up with physicians, clients, family members, and staff on client problems and concerns
Requirements:
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
