Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at Courtyard By Marriott Downtown Pensacola. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts, handling guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify guest accounts and ensure accuracy of charges
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
