ARC Group is seeking a skilled Senior Informatica Engineer to enhance our team in Woburn, MA. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in Informatica application integration, data integration, ETL processes, and SQL. We value individuals who not only have technical proficiency but also exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, leadership traits, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design ETL Solutions: Create and implement sophisticated ETL solutions utilizing Informatica, Snowflake (or similar databases), and SQL, in alignment with business goals.
- Manage Data Integration: Ensure secure and precise integration of data from diverse sources, maintaining a seamless data flow.
- Troubleshoot and Optimize: Address integration and performance challenges, upholding the highest standards of data quality and system efficiency.
- Collaborate on Data Infrastructure: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop data models and design infrastructure that supports business intelligence and reporting requirements.
- Enhance Real-Time Synchronization: Facilitate real-time data synchronization across multiple warehouses to bolster decision-making processes.
- Mentor Junior Engineers: Provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Ensure Compliance: Act as the primary contact for platform licensing, ensuring compliance and optimization while offering technical guidance to stakeholders.
- Support and Innovate: Stay abreast of industry trends, continuously refining ETL processes and providing ongoing support post-implementation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive Experience: 10 years of experience in Informatica application integration (IICS), data integration, ETL processes, Snowflake, and SQL, ideally within large and complex data environments.
- Informatica Expertise: Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, and IICS.
- SQL and Data Modeling: 5 or more years of experience in SQL query writing, building data warehousing models, data marts, stored procedures, and views for front-end reporting.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to resolve data integration issues, perform ETL performance tuning, and troubleshoot and optimize processes.
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of CRM and Services areas and experience with at least one BI/visualization tool.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of code repository practices and CI/CD principles and experience with Python, data quality, and validation techniques.
- Integration Skills: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and other near real-time integration patterns.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
