We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Engineer to join our team at Skyworks Solutions. As a key member of our New Product Introduction (NPI) team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the development of cutting-edge RF, Mixed Signal, and Wireless Communication products in the Automotive, IoT, Wifi, and Infrastructure industry areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide product development support while interfacing closely with Design, Test, Fab, and Reliability Engineering teams.
- Regularly analyze ATE and Probe data to resolve potential product design, process, or test capability issues.
- Conduct statistical data analysis for new and sustaining products, including Cpk analysis and limits calculation.
- Develop production test specifications and generate product release documentation.
- Drive cost reduction activities such as second source qualification, yield enhancement, and test time reduction.
- 5+ years of related experience in semiconductors or electronics manufacturing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to debug potential product issues by analyzing test data.
- Experience with data analysis software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional and cross-site teams.
Skyworks Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $87,600 - $167,900 per year, depending on relevant experience and skills. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and more. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan and certain roles are eligible for additional awards.
